Pengaruh Keragaman Produk dan Lokasi Terhadap Minat Berkunjung di De’tuik Resto & Resort Bandung

This research aimed to determine the effect of product diversity and location both partial and simultaneous on the interest in visiting De'Tuik Resto & Resort Bandung. The research used quantitative methods with descriptive analysis and verificative analysis. Data collection technique employed a questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, t Test and F Test. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this research indicate that all statement items are valid and reliable. Multiple linear regression test results have a significant and positive effect on visiting interests, namely variables in product and location diversity. The results of correlation analysis showed that the relation between variables was categorized as strong. In addition, from the F test produced Fhitung 207,432 is greater than Ftabel 3.09 so that Ho was rejected, Ha accepted means that the variable diversity of products and locations significantly affects the interest in visiting De'Tuik Resto & Resort. The calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) resulted in a value of 0.810. The values showed that together the diversity of products and locations (independent variables) had an effect on visiting interests (dependent variables) by 81% and the remaining 19% were influenced by other variables not studied in this research.
